Established in 1970, Basiana Trading co LLC is one of the oldest building material companies in Dubai. Initially started its operation from Port Saeed area in Dubai and later re-located its head office to Al Qusais Industrial Area . Our line of business has been trading and transport of building material catering to the construction industry. We have been a great contributor to Dubai’s growth over the last 50 years and have provided our services for construction of residential, commercial and Industrial buildings. We are proud to have contributed to the development of many landmark projects executed over the years.
SAND
White Sand
White sand is an aggregate that is used in several construction applications. We provide high-grade white washed sand for delivery to your site .
Black Sand
This type of sand is used in different applications mainly in the construction industry. Suitable for mixing with OPC black cement as a dry mix and various other applications
Red Sand & Dune Sand
Red sand is also known as sweat sand, dune sand or red dune sand is widely used with interlocks, cement blocks and other cement-based products. This type of sand also is used for agricultural and landscaping purposes.
Play Area Sand
We wash and filter our high quality range of beach sand using a 3mm screen size sieve machine to get the highest quality soft beach sand that is suitable for kids play areas.

Basiana supplies a wide range of aggregates from 3/4, 3/8, 3/16 aggregate . We Deliver in bulk quantities or packed in Jumbo bags.
Sub Base material
We supply Sub Base with different grades, size, and colors. Our range of sub base is of a high quality and is supplied in 3 , 20 , 35 , 45 CBM Trailers.
